Helpful in uncertain moments
Parents may use nearby audio when a child is late, feels unsafe, or needs help in a situation that is hard to explain.

Hear nearby sounds when you need quick context, reassurance, or emergency support.
If a child is late, worried, or in an uncertain situation, nearby audio can help parents better understand what is happening around them. That added context can make it easier to respond calmly and decide what to do next.

Adds helpful context alongside live location and SOS
Parents may use nearby audio when a child is late, feels unsafe, or needs help in a situation that is hard to explain.
The connected parent can request a short nearby-audio session from the parent app. On supported devices, Child Parento can start the session automatically in the background without the child needing to touch the phone.
Nearby audio works well with live location and SOS so parents get a clearer picture before deciding what to do next.

Nearby-audio sessions depend on supported device permissions. Sessions are parent-requested and available only for the requested time.
Only the connected parent can view child data. Parents can delete child data at any time, child data is encrypted in transit, and removing the child from the connection deletes child data automatically.
Feature control: Only the connected parent can request and view these live sessions. Audio and video sessions are real time, are not stored by us, and WebRTC voice/video communications are end-to-end encrypted.
